What each status means
In transit
Your package is on its way to Jamaica on a scheduled flight or sailing.
Flight delayed
Something outside the normal schedule has held your package up. We show it here rather than leave you guessing.
Ready
Your package has cleared and is waiting. Choose counter pickup or request local delivery from your account.
Can’t find your package?
- Check that the store shipped to your full RNG US address, including your personal suite or box number.
- Packages appear once they are checked in at our warehouse, not when the store marks them as shipped.
- Still missing? Have the merchant tracking number ready and contact us — we will trace it.
