Privacy policy
This explains what RNG Ship & Travel collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
PLACEHOLDER — review before publishing
This is a plain-language draft based on how the site actually works. Read it, correct anything that does not match your practice, and confirm the data-retention period and whether a registered company name should appear. Then this notice can be removed.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, parish, and optionally your TRN. When you ship with us we record your packages, weights, charges, payments, and collection or delivery choices. When you request a travel quote we record your destination, travel dates, party size, the services you want, and your contact details.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to run the services you asked for: receiving and shipping your packages, clearing them through Customs, arranging pickup or delivery, preparing travel quotes, issuing and redeeming Gems, and answering your questions.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the parties who complete your service — airlines and shipping lines, Jamaica Customs, delivery drivers, and, for travel bookings, the airline, hotel, or supplier you are booking with. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How we store it
Your account and package records are held in our secure booking system. Access is restricted to authorised RNG staff, and your account data is only visible to you when you sign in.
Your choices
You can view and update your name, phone number, and address in your account at any time. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Rngship.travel@gmail.com. Some records must be kept where shipping, Customs, or accounting rules require it.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. If we add website traffic measurement, it will record page visits only — never your packages, invoices, account details, or anything you type into a form.
