About us
One team for your packages and your travel plans
RNG Ship & Travel helps people in Jamaica shop online with confidence and travel without the guesswork — from a shop counter in New Kingston, with real people answering the phone.
What we do
Every customer gets a free US shipping address to use at checkout with any online store. We receive the package, fly or ship it to Jamaica, keep you updated at each stage, and hand it over at our counter or at your door. Alongside shipping, our travel side puts together quotes for flights, hotels, Airbnb stays, excursions, and car rental — locally and worldwide.
Sea freight once a week
For heavier or bulkier shipments that do not need to move by air.
Pickup or local delivery
Collect at our New Kingston shop, or request delivery in Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town.
Gems for loyal customers
Earn 5 Gems on every paid shipment and 10 more when a friend you referred completes their first shipment. 100 Gems equal J$100 in shipping credit.
How we work
We keep our pricing published, our schedule fixed, and our updates honest. Our rates are listed in Jamaican dollars in the shipping rate calculator, so you can check a cost before you buy. Package status is visible in your account at every stage, and if something is delayed we say so rather than leaving you guessing. Questions are answered by phone, WhatsApp, email, or across the counter.
