Terms & conditions
These terms cover your RNG Ship & Travel account, shipping, collection, and travel bookings.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account, including your name, phone number, TRN, and delivery address. Keep them current so we can clear and deliver your packages without delay.
Shipping and collection
Packages must reach our US warehouse by 12:00 PM the day before a flight to travel on that flight. Flights run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Deliveries should be scheduled before or by 12:30 PM. A submitted delivery request is a request only — our team reviews it and contacts you to confirm.
Charges
Shipping charges follow our published rate table and are payable before a package is released. Additional customs duties or handling charges, where they apply, are payable by the customer.
Gems
Gems are shipping credits only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, they expire 12 months after being earned, and 100 Gems equal J$100 in shipping credit. Cancelled, refunded, or invalid shipments do not earn Gems.
Travel bookings
Travel requests are quotes, not confirmed bookings. Prices, availability, and supplier terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Supplier cancellation and change rules apply to every booking.
Privacy
We use your details only to run your shipping and travel services and never sell them. You can ask us to correct or remove your information at any time.
