What you should know
- Pricing
- Air freight is charged by weight against our published rate list. Check any weight up to 100 lb in the rate calculator; heavier shipments get a custom quote.
- Customs
- Customs duties apply to packages valued at US $100 or more, plus Customs Administration fees. A merchant invoice showing the price you actually paid helps verify a sale price.
- Restricted items
- Weapons, ammunition, pepper spray, toy guns, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, explosives, firecrackers, lighters and matches, camouflage, and cash cannot be shipped. See the shipping FAQs.
- Tracking
- Every stage shows in your account — at the warehouse, in transit, delayed, or ready. See package tracking.
